Project Challenge

One Kind Block is an innovative startup whose goal is to make cities fertile. Their Lego-like hydroponics systems easily transform apartment spaces into edible gardens. After the successful Kickstart campaign, they want to outreach to new target audience beyond the region to increase sales.

Project Solution

The proposal is to increase the brand awareness by implementing an effective content strategy with SEO in mind. The business has a web store which can also function as an informative content blog for gardening enthusiasts. The empathy framework is suggested for this process. Content topics for the blogs are conceptualised by identifying the pain points and desires of gardening in urban environments. Keywords and search intent were identified using SEO tools.

Those content topics conceptualised can be repurposed for social media platforms as well. A mood board was developed to ensure brand consistency for social media posts. Informative and entertaining reels are also a good way to reach out to new audiences and drive engagement. A social media calendar is proposed to ensure an efficient and consistent online presence.

The lapses in the user purchase journey on Instagram was also identified and rectified as well.
