Do You See You? is a video storytelling showcase of an invisible group in Singapore – migrant workers. This video series aims to give voice to the migrants with the hope of fostering resonance and connection between the Singapore local and migrant communities.
I coordinated the production of this series and collaborated closely with the migrant community and support groups. In all, we produced 34 videos featuring 43 migrants and 9 change-makers from 8 different countries.
Besides being the production coordinator, I also designed a series of social media posts and reels for user engagement. The goal of these posts and reels is to portray the migrant workers beyond their job roles, as fellow humans with hope, dreams and aspirations like many others. Besides social media marketing, I supported the email marketing campaigns with designing exhibition brief and outreach to various stakeholders for the showcase launch.
The result
The campaign led to a 200% increase in social media followers in a short 3-month campaign. The launch of this inaugural showcase attracted more than 500 guests and garnered features in a few media outlets. The videos have attracted an estimated 720,000 views.
